While much of this is facilitated by availability of high end technology combined with ease of use, it is still imperative that the models that are built are high fidelity and stand the test of being used in actual operations by the technical workforce.
Our team in this area comes with more that twenty years of experience in developing simulation models- both Steady State and Dynamic models- in huge number of process plants over the years. These have included single unit studies or integrated units studies and mostly integrated flow sheet of full-fledged unit(s). Such modeling has required not only software skills, but also significant industry and process knowledge of these plants and how they function. This knowledge has been built over the last many years and now remains with us as a prized repository of such modeling IP.
